An education company was producing course content by hand. Every new course meant hours of writing and structuring material before a single student saw it, and that work tied up people who were needed elsewhere.
The goal wasn’t to replace the team. It was to take away the repetitive first draft so they could focus on reviewing and improving content.
What I did
- Led development of an AI-powered course generator that integrates large language model (LLM) APIs.
- Built the front end in React and the backend in Python and Node.js.
- Designed the prompt strategies that control structure, tone and level, so output fits the course format instead of reading like generic AI text.
- Used agent-based workflows, breaking generation into smaller checked steps, to improve accuracy and relevance.
The result
- Manual content creation dropped by 80%.
- The team moved from writing everything from scratch to reviewing and refining generated drafts.
